Course from the organiser's course page. Weather: the seven days around the race date in 2023, 2024, 2025, averaged (Open-Meteo, ERA5). Sea is the sea off the town, not a reading of the swim. The water temperature that counts is the one officials measure on race morning.
Course read from Unbroken's published course guide. Verify everything against the official athlete guide for your season.
A salt-water swim is the one that ruins goggles and eats chain lube, and a flat course means you are in the aero position for hours without a climb to break it up. Both point at the same two things: spare goggles, and whatever you use to stop chafing where the bars hold you.
Race week in three parts, the same three the Taperly app uses. Times and deadlines come from the athlete guide.
